W00T!!! I did it!
So, last Monday I had my 2nd retake on the exam I failed. I finally read the book this time and felt confident I could do it. I waited to see the right answers (we get to write down our answers for ourselves so we can check them on the board since it takes a while for the grades to be up). Sven (my best school friend) and I went to the trainstation for dinner and then headed back to school for the answers. The people that were supposed to put up the answers had gone home! So no answers! We waited an hour and a half after the exam for that, but nooo. We emailed the teacher of the class but she didn't want to give the answers *rolls eyes*
Anyway, just now I got an email with the answers and I PASSED!!!! W00T!
There were 26 questions and we could have 9 mistakes to pass, I had 4 wrong!!! So I get an 8! (8/10) Brilliant! I'm so happy! This means I passed the first year and I can safely start in the second year next week! YAY!!!!!!
Many didn't make it tho, including Sven. How sad :( But they get a last try in 6 weeks. I'm so glad I don't have to do it *again* But it shows reading my book is indeed a good idea... The last times I did it just with my notes from the classes and someone else's notes from the book.
Hooray!!! I think I need to get someone yummy for tonight, we can celebrate, right? Tho the kg I gained since the wedding I haven't exactly lost yet.
Oh and another note about the wedding report. The thing is I need to upload all the pictures before I can post them... But I hate waiting for uploading... So yeah, lazy much. |

House Photos! Brain-puke Wow, I love that I got the internet almost a week ago and this is the second or third time I've been on it. What can I say, when you are building furniture you don't have time for internets. And build furniture I have. I built two dining tables (one for the dining room, and a smaller - but super tall pub table - for the eat-in kitchen) plus eight chairs (I officially hate building chairs), a coffee table, and a side table. My hands ache. We are single-handedly saving the economy. We bought the two table sets, a new comforter (sheets online), the coffee/side tables, and a Wii. Yes, we got a Wii! It's so much fun! But it says I'm 80 :( My stamina is really good, but my balance and strength are lacking. Also, I really suck at bowling, but I kick ass at tennis (I used to be the team captain for real-life tennis). I am all purchased-out. No more buying! I need a break from helping the economy to clean my house @.@ Current Mood:  exhausted |

(Si je roleplay un jour j'ai mon personnage. Il s'appellerait BugMan! Et il aurait des pouvoir comme les Animorphs qu'ils aurait développé avec un extra-terrestre qui est maintenant son archnemesis. Mais a cause du pouvoir qui lui permet de se transformer en plein d'animaux son corps c'est affaiblit et quand il se repose il est obliger de se transformer en vielle madame en marchette (+1000000 points) pour se reposer. Cette madame devient son identité secrète. Il s'appelle BugMan parce que sa métamorphose préféré et celle de la coquerelle a cause de sa carapace dur et résistante.)

Price Check MIB Wedding Bells Confetti I have this MIB Confetti Wedding Bells and tho I know it may be hard to put a value on her because she doesn't come around that often... any input is greatly appreciated!   The box is pretty good! There's no discoloration or yellowing besides the tape on the sides. Also 1 tape has come loose from age. (it's this one http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v31/cherrycake/for%20sale/DSC01628.jpg but you can't see it as it's also bent in the right way, it's just age that took the sticky off the tape, never been open!) The plastic on the front is clear, there are a few scuffs of where price stickers may have been in the past. THIS IS CRAZY!!! Do you know whats crazy?! *I'M* fucking crazy. thats right. In case you didn't know it, I am INSANE. I took it easy today....packed, double checked, re-packed etc etc. It was nice to know I had finished everything in full... so then Conan and I decide to do a few dry runs of our act....and I decide to put on the top portions of my costume to practice in (I needed to see how restricted my movements were) Well la-de-fucking da I discovered I was VERY unsatisfied with the velcro pieces I spent the better part of 3 days sewing on by hand to fasten the back of the shirt. So much so, that I ripped them all out tonight, took in the hemming, and then put on a zipper (good thing I had extras!) the stupid zipper is one of the annoying ones that doesn't come open completely at the bottom... but its SOOOOO much better. I can move my arms without having to worry about ripping the velcro open (when we were practicing, I kept hearing them rip open when I would dance) and I just couldn't have that!! Dave was trying to save me from my insane-ness/panic attack by telling me I could leave it as is (ie: not risk throwing months worth of work down the drain the day before the con) and then modify it before the next few cons (I will wear it to every con until next SFX) but yeah... I am just crazy. So I did it. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much happier. The only thing I am worried about now, is the wig. I mean, technically I have two, so if the first goes wonky, I still have the second, but I hope that the first one won't go wonky. I want it to stay perfect.... now I am worried. Jeeze, I stress myself the fuck out. Now I need to repack up/re-organize everything...and clean up all the new lose threads on my costume. Tomorrow I have lots of errands to do. Set up of the dealers table is going to be at 1 pm (so technically I could of had people over to work) Stupid dealer didn't communicate times, so Conan was guessing based on when he had to help last year. So much to do now, so little time!! Current Mood:  crazy |

I am home and I am on the internets! Yay! I only had to get fwapped in the face with the attic stairs to get it (See - Fwap is an awesome word useful in all sorts of situations! Why isn't it in the dictionary yet?). I'm not staying on the internets long though. I have a long, busy day at work tomorrow. Current Mood: tired |

I got here by train, and when I saw the city landscape from far it was the first time I didn't get this *guh-home* gut feeling I usually have. I guess this means I'm officially happy in Jonquière and could live there longer. I'm moving back in April. Better luck next time. |

Becka vs. House Becka: 0 House: 1 House wins this round, but I shall prevail. Mostly it was the attic stairs that won this round. It turns out they are really crazy springloaded. So when you pull them down and they don't go down all the way they pop back up, smacking you in the face really hard. I've got a little bit of a fat lip, which isn't noticable except to me, and my nose is sore to the touch, but nothing is broken and miraculously I did not get a black eye. In fact, the only bruising is a tiny spot on my lip. So yay lavendar oil for reducing swelling! And yay ice pack, which I kept on my face all night. It doesn't help that I'm sore from weeding this weekend (read: pulling out Everything because nothing had been weeded for the past six months). We do have internet and tv now, although I wasn't really feeling like sitting on the computer last night (not to menion it freaked out because there were a month's-worth of updates to install). And we have a new, pretty, large, flat-screen tv and dvd player to go with our new cable. The old tv/dvd are going in the guest room so people can watch that if they want to when they stay over and we go to bed early like the lame people that we are. And the last thing to note is that "Guns, Germs, and Steel" is a really good book. It is very interesting, and giving me some ideas for FE that will never show in the book but will help flesh it out in my mind. Current Mood: sore |

Few things 1) I now have a car! Well I had it for a few days, but wasn't legally able to drive it until today at 2h40 when I finished my driving exam. Yeah! My dad came and visit last week so I could practise and he left it behind. I got a new licence number for it and everything. BUT. It was leaking. And the landlord/owner of where I live is an old mechanic so he checked it out. Said It would break down any moment and he had to change a pipe-thingy so the oil would flow freely. He offered to change it for cheap since he likes me. Therefor I have 150$ repair on a car I have never drove. XD but it should be ready to go next week when he gets the part from the company. 2) While waiting for my exam today I might have been converted to bandom trough t his old magazine bought for 50¢ in an old book store. ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) turps33 do you want it? I though of you while buying it and I can send it over if you want. 3)I've been watching SGA and I nearly died of cute in the episode where Dr. Mckay is stuck with a women soldier in his head.
